Developing ultra modern flats, from the James Reckitt Library.
“We needed a full-package for our workers that was in a good location with excellent amenities. Hull Serviced Apartments put together a package that was just right for us and provided apartments where our workers are able to relax and live in comfort. “
Gareth Stubbs, Business Development Manager
We fall in love with an old building and buy it.
Design is key. We want our apartments to be fun, comfortable and innovative, so we get cool plans drawn up.
We work hard to bring our buildings back to life. Regenerating old features and putting some bang into them.
When our apartments are finished we keep going until they're sparkling. We have the highest possible levels of finish.
This 1889 Gothic revival style building was Hull’s first public library and is one of our favourites. Established by James Reckitt, a philanthropist famed for his charitable work, the library was completed in 1889 and endowed to the public.
We're delighted with these modern apartments, and worked hard to retain many original features, like the glass cupboards and the checking in desk from the reference library inside.
