Hull Serviced Apartments was founded in 2016 with the initial conversion of the historic and grand Kingston Villas overlooking picturesque Pearson Park. It’s original features and striking architecture proved to be a huge success with both business and leisure travellers.

With a passion to see more of Hull’s iconic and historic properties brought back to life, work soon began on the former James Reckitt Library on Holderness Road, The old Charterhouse School on Wincolmlee and the breathtaking Winding House on Victoria Dock.

As well as guaranteeing luxury, HSA has also sought to retain as many original features of the properties as possible in order to make each building unique in character and appearance and hopefully give our guests an experience to remember.
